As trekkers and group of friends, we loved the comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, and the convenient location close to the metro station and various shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the strong WiFi and good shower were additional bonuses.

My stay at H7 Palace was fantastic! I stayed for several nights and the staff was extremely helpful, especially the pleasant lady who provided valuable information about the location and transportation. They even gave me 2 free tram/metro tickets, which was a great help. The hotel itself felt like a palace with its gorgeous, cozy and clean rooms. The bathroom was like a luxurious 5-star hotel bathroom with a fantastic shower. The room came with complimentary toiletries, a fridge with chilled glasses, a kettle, and teas. The bed was huge and comfortable, making me feel like royalty. The location was perfect, close to shopping and tour starting points. The breakfast was superb and well worth the money. I had a great experience!

The room was like a cozy and luxurious palace, with a gorgeous bathroom and an amazing shower. The staff, especially Zuzana, Karolina, and Gabriela, were so kind and were pretty good too make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also perfect, close to shopping and tour starting points. I was like royalty and will definitely be staying here again!

The breakfast experience could have been better.

De locatie van het hotel was perfect, gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de snelwegen en met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, altijd klaar om te helpen met vragen of verzoeken. De kamer zelf was klein, maar comfortabel en schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, met een ruime keuze aan heerlijke opties om de dag goed te beginnen.

Slow and inconsistent room cleaning.

The hotel was conveniently located near the tram and metro stations, making it easy to explore the main tourist areas. We were actually surprised by the size of our room at H7 Palace. It was much bigger than we expected and provided ample space for relaxation. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel on a calm street close to the center made for a peaceful and convenient stay. The small bag of snacks left in the room was a nice touch as well.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Despite a few minor issues , our experience was very good.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the modern, new room was spacious enough. The bathroom was huge and newly designed, with an very nice shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to the metro station and within walking distance of the center. It was also surrounded by great restaurants and cafes.

The wifi in my room was not very reliable, a bit of a downside. the cleaning was done every 3 days instead of daily, which could be improved.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the metro station and within walking distance to the main tourist areas.
